<h1>About the Site</h1>

<p>I am proud to say that I made this site entirely by myself! I couldn't afford a proffesional Web Designer, so I thought I would give it a bash myself and...
Voila! A not-too-shabby website, if I do say so myself.</p>

<p>I started off by sketching the Header image by hand, scanning it into Adobe Photoshop and colouring it. I then intergrated it into the basic web layout that I
wanted (which I also made in Photoshop). Then I got stuck. I had a reasonable knowledge of html coding which my sister and I learnt when we used to run a guild on
Neopets.com so that we could make (fairly basic) guild websites. It helped a little, but not enough. So I did what any eager student should do. I googled! I searched for
and read what felt like every single bloody tutorial on css layouts for 3 whole days and nights until I had gained a basic idea of what to do. Then, with my newfound
tutorial friends, a bit of dedication and alot of concentration (and a tiny bit of help from Adobe Imageready slices - Google that too) I came up with my final product!
Not bad for someone who had no idea what she was doing a week ago. So if I can do it, you can too!</p>
